Autistica - #HireDifferent


To highlight the fact that only 3 in 10 autistic adults are in full time employment, we created a simple social film for autism research charity Autistica. We also created a range of 6 sheets and social posts that ran during World Autism Acceptance Week in 2023. The campaign called on employers to make small changes to their interview process that could make a big difference to jobseekers with autism.

The entire campaign was created and directed entirely by us on a shoestring budget.
